Starter Package
1 Initial + 3 Follow-Up Sessions
Starting your eating disorder recovery journey requires a strong foundation, and our Starter Package is designed to provide exactly that. This package includes one 60-75-minute initial session to assess your needs, set goals, and create an individualized nutrition plan, followed by three 45-55-minute follow-up sessions to begin implementing and adjusting your plan with expert support.
Cost: $495
Follow-Up Package
4 Follow-Up Sessions for Ongoing Support
Recovery is not a one-time fix—it’s a process that requires ongoing support, flexibility, and accountability. Our Follow-Up Package includes four 45-55-minute follow-up sessions, designed for returning clients who want to continue progressing in their eating disorder recovery with professional guidance.
Cost: $450
Why four sessions?
Research supports ongoing, structured nutrition therapy as essential for recovery. A minimum of four sessions allows us to:
- Build trust and understanding around your unique needs
- Begin stabilizing eating patterns and challenging harmful food beliefs
- Continue addressing fear foods, food rules, and meal planning concerns
- Strengthen body awareness and intuitive eating skills
- Provide education and support for hunger, fullness, and body cues
- Prevent relapse by providing long-term support and accountability
We recommend meeting weekly or biweekly, as research indicates that frequent and consistent nutrition counseling leads to better outcomes in eating disorder recovery. Whether you’re solidifying progress or facing new challenges, continued support can make all the difference. Early intervention and steady support are key to long-term success.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—let’s move forward together.
